About Us

The tropical weather and rivers which cross the Argentine territory in the Litoral region as well as the abundant rainfall produced in the region, create excellent conditions for pine growth, providing our colophony unique qualities to the area.

Social Impact

The Yumba production process is handmade and maintains strict quality controls by a group of young women who make up a cooperative in the city of Buenos Aires.

Guillermina
Esmoris

Our CEO and founder, Guillermina Esmoris, studied Double Bass at the conservatory in Bahía Blanca. She began experimenting with resins because there was no local production, which presented various issues, such as the absence of special double bass resins for dry climates. The formulas she developed with dedication and perseverance are highly regarded by musicians worldwide. Yumba embodies her passion for tango, organic materials, and Argentine production.
